Our new villas page never stands still. We are always on the hunt for extraordinary new villas in Italy to add to our portfolio of handpicked luxury villas in Tuscany, Umbria and elsewhere on the peninsula. This has been the mission of our family-run business for three decades… and counting.
Every Tuscany Now & More villa is inspected several times before we add it to our portfolio. You can rest assured this collection of new villas includes the best holiday rentals in Italy. We only ever offer around 130 Italian villas to rent: this is how we make sure every rental villa meets the standards you expect… and far beyond. Of course, not all of our “new” villas in Italy are actually new. Rural Italy — Tuscany, Umbria and the Veneto above all — has a fine crop of manor houses, country palazzos and rustic farmhouses which have been upgraded for the 21st-century luxury traveller. A select few of the Italy holiday rentals in our portfolio are bone fide heritage villas of historic importance.
We also have a collection of contemporary villas in Italy, which includes daring light-filled villas by 21st-century architects and several rural retreats which have undergone a contemporary transformation (often drawing on the experience of our own villa experts at TN&M). Casamora, for example, is an entire medieval Tuscan hamlet transformed by one of Italy’s leading contemporary architects. You have the option to rent individual villas or the whole estate.
All of our villas in Italy have a private swimming pool. The vast majority offer air-conditioning, either in bedrooms or throughout the villa interior. However sultry the evening, you will still get a peaceful night’s sleep. And remember: all our handpicked villas in Italy are exclusive to TN&M. You will not find these villas listed on any other website.
